  • All products are made using solid wood materials such as Sheesham wood unless otherwise specified.

  • Product dimensions, material details, and finish are clearly mentioned on each product page.

  • Due to handcrafted nature, slight variations in wood grain, polish tone, or measurements may occur.

  • Product images are for representation purposes; slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All orders must be prepaid.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • Classic Wood does not store debit/credit card details.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect customer information.

  • In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • We provide Free Shipping across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product size and location.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom-made furniture is non-returnable.
