🔄 Return Policy
- Return request sirf 48 hours ke andar accept kiya jayega (sirf damaged product ke case me)
- Product unused aur original packaging me hona chahiye
- Damage ka clear photo ya video proof dena zaroori hai
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized ya made-to-order furniture
- Used ya damaged products (jo delivery ke baad damage hua ho)
💰 Refund Process
- Approval ke baad refund initiate kiya jayega
- Refund 5–7 working days me process hoga
- Amount original payment method me hi aayega
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
Agar refund nahi aaya ho to:
- Apna bank account check kare
- Bank ya payment provider se contact kare
- Phir bhi issue ho to hume contact kare

- Exchange sirf damaged product ke liye available hai
